The active ingredients are Eicosapentaenoic Acid (EPA) 831.6mg, Docosahexaenoic Acid (DHA) 739.2mg, Retinol (Vitamin A) 4000 IU, Colecalciferol (Vitamin D3) 400 IU, Alpha Tocopheryl Acetate (Vitamin E) 10 IU.Cod Liver Oil (Fish) (51%), Fish Oil (49%) Vitamin A Prep. Adults: 10ml (2 teaspoons) daily. Children 5-15 years old: 5ml (1 teaspoon) daily. Women who are pregnant, lactating, or likely to become pregnant: 5ml (1 teaspoon) daily. Can be taken on its own or mixes easily with twice the quantity of milk or orange juice before mealtimes.
